General terms for VoltTech technology services and, when production ecommerce is enabled, eligible goods sales.
Quotes and approval
The scope and price of chargeable work should be recorded in a quotation, service booking or other written/recorded approval. Accepting a quotation records approval of the displayed scope and total. Additional chargeable work requires further approval where required.
Customer documents
VoltTech may provide quotations, build specifications, invoices, receipts, order records and service records electronically through a customer account and by email. Customers can print or save available document views as PDF copies.
Payment
Payment terms are shown on the relevant document. Production online checkout is not currently enabled. Where online payment is introduced, payment status will be determined from the verified payment-provider record rather than only a browser confirmation screen.
Parts, goods and availability
Parts and products are subject to availability and final price confirmation unless clearly offered through a live checkout with confirmed pricing. PC Builder estimates are not guaranteed quotations.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for keeping account access secure and providing accurate information. Account deletion may remove login access and non-required personal information while limited transaction or legal records remain where retention is required or authorised.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to waive statutory guarantees, remedies, cooling-off rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Disputes and complaints
Please contact VoltTech so the issue can be investigated. Customers retain the right to approach an appropriate consumer body or regulator where applicable.
